This policy explains what data LulliEnterprises (“we”, “us”) collects through Healthbar, formerly known as Lullibot (the “Service”), why, and the choices you have. Questions: healthbarsupport@gmail.com.
Data we collect
How we use it
To provide the Service — track your progress, compute streaks/levels/leaderboards you opt into, run the optional AI coach, send Discord messages you’ve enabled, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
We don’t sell your data. Your personal data is never sold. It’s used only to run the Service for you.
AI coach
If you use the AI coach, relevant snapshots of your logged data are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. It is not used to train their models under our configuration. Do not share information with the coach you wouldn’t want processed this way.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that run the Service on our behalf: hosting/database (Supabase), web hosting (Railway), the AI provider above, Discord (for bot features you use), and, if you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see below) we delete your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger zone. For other requests, contact healthbarsupport@gmail.com.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Progress photos are additionally encrypted at rest, and per-user database row-level security restricts access to your own community’s data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact healthbarsupport@gmail.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the providers listed above. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
