These Terms govern your use of Healthbar, formerly known as Lullibot (the “Service”), operated by LulliEnterprises. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is invite-based; you’re responsible for the people you invite to your community.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at healthbarsupport@gmail.com about any unauthorized use.
Not medical or health advice
Healthbar is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Its content, calorie/sleep/weight targets, and AI-coach responses are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about diet, exercise, or health. Do not rely on the Service in an emergency.
AI features
AI-generated output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use judgment; you’re responsible for how you act on it. See the Privacy Policy for how AI requests are processed.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior; no attempts to breach security, access other users’ data, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service; no uploading content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you. You’re responsible for your content.
Our intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, and branding are owned by LulliEnterprises and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to them except to use the Service as intended. All rights reserved.
Paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing (“Manage billing”); your paid features stay active until the end of the current period, after which the plan reverts to free. Except where required by law — including your statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law — payments already made are non-refundable and we don’t refund partial or unused periods.
Availability & changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LulliEnterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you paid nothing).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here removes any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
